Hello,
I hope it will be okay for me to be on here - I have lost 35 lbs on weight watchers (UK) so I am now at my goal weight. I am so delighted that I have gone from a size 14/16 to a size 10 (UK). I love being slim at last. I steadily put the weight on over 5 years and every time I started a diet I lasted about 3 days!!
My biggest fear is that I will put the weight back on so I am trying to keep track of what I eat. The resources on this site are great, as is the support I've seen on the message boards. I track what I eat on paper but find the system here really good. I used to use the weight watchers internet tracker but when I got to goal I cancelled my subscription and lost access to it!

Feel free to add me too -
I have changed my thoughts on this process in a week - I believe that rather than being on a diet, I am entering a new chapter in my Life - Hence, new Lifestyle.
I think from blogging everything down you gauge whet food effect you and how.......... You then get to know who your enemy is!! (Mine is "Juice" or Costa Coffee!! )
Anyway - enough of the rambling........
Good luck, Mike0 -
Hi guys thanks for the welcome - I know what my enemy is - alcohol!!
Mine has been a lifestyle thing too - I don't feel like I am on a diet anymore, my whole approach to food has changed for the better. Just wish I didn't enjoy wine and beer so much!0
