in the meantime, try this one! works also!!
Squats, Pushups, Situps. In that order.
10 sets. ladder style.
So, 10 sq, 10PU, 10SU.
9 sq, 9PU, 9SU
8
down to 1.
AS FAST AS POSSIBLE. and time it for later comparison.
Great little workout
Also check out crossfit if you want fast workouts. Im talking anywhere from 2 minutes to 20.
