New, started monday

Hi All
I heard about MFP via the Diet Chef Facebook page.
I started Diet Chef on Monday and started using MFP at the same time.
It's such a great app (using it mainly on my HTC Android) and by far the easiest way to keep a food diary I have ever found.
I allowed my weight to creep up to 12s12lb over 2010, as I partied hard and stopped cycling to work.
My goal in 2011 is to shed 3 stones, cycle to and from work each day, and beat my Half Marathon PB.
