Im Stuck! Help!!

I am stuck at the 15 lbs mark and do not seem to be loosing any more even though I am sticking to my diet and working out 5 days a week, any suggestions to boost up weight loss again?!?!?

  • Once you get to that point, one of two things has happened- your body is either close to it's ideal weight and it fights like hell to hold onto those extra pounds (lol damn you evolution), or your body has adapted to what you're doing.

    The best thing to do there is shake it up. Change up the routine drastically- if you use a treadmill, use an arc trainer (for example). You can also try varying up your strength training as well. Lastly, make sure you fine tune all else. Stress and sleep issues can derail you too, so you want to make sure you're in a good head space and make sure you're getting enough sleep.

    You are probably at a plateau... This happens to me every twenty lbs... You will need to change up everything! Add in some interval exercise, high intensity, low intensity, different timing, longer workouts, or maybe even less workouts with longer harder times...Make your body guess!
