Working in a factory

Hey people, I just got a new job working in a factory, where I have to lift moderately heavy boxes of chips and throw them into bins, move pallets, pack cardboard (among other things) for 6hrs a day. It's pretty physical work. I just I have no idea how to log it. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks, Sarah.
Thanks, Sarah.

I would say move your activity level to active or even higher (is there a higher level?). That can be a really physically exhausting day.0
