I was given this wonderful piece of advise so I pass it along to you - post it on your frig, your computer, your bathroom where ever you feel you need it:
Believe in yourself. If you don't believe in yourself why should anyone else? You CAN do it!
Good luck I know you will get over the slump and get moving ~0 -
I know what you mean but keep going!! Try doing something fun as a workout. I swear, playing Just Dance 2 makes me excited to go down to my basement and sweat while I dance.0

Whenever I get like that I try to think of the reasons I came on here in the first place. If that doesn't work I look at girls with hot bodies in bikinis and think damn I want to look that great for my partner! Then I get up and go!0

I have the same exact problem! Secretly my favorite part about working out is the bragging rights-- I love telling my friends and my mom how well I'm doing! Plus the more you work out the more energy you'll have..it just takes a while!
Hang in there!0 -
Yeah Im trying!
The BF told me yesterday I need to work towards a reward, so I think I figured it out.
Every Friday I can have a booster juice, if I work out for 5 days for at least 3k each time.
Its tough!! I think partly im not wanting to work out is its my monthly.. gift time! yay
Tonight I am for sure working out tho!!
I've just been using an elepictal, i dont have any gaming systems.. and its too cold to go outside to walk0 -

I'm sure we can all think of a million reasons not to work out or eat right. Thats how we've all gotten so big (or otherwise unhappy with our bodies). The point is you will never lose weight unless you do something other than complain about it.
Go through the boards and look at the before and after pictures. Those tend to motivate me a lot when I'm lacking.
Also, make sure you haven't pushed yourself too hard since you are just starting out. Too much of a change will wear you out and you'll fall off the wagon easier. Focus on small changes.
And if you just absolutely can't work out, then focus on your eating. Work out tomorrow.
GOOD LUCK!! We are here for you girl!0
