Chinese takeaway calorie help

hi,

Treating myself to takeaway chinese tonight and after much googling i cant get a rough estimate for the calories.

Can anyone help estimate.

My tea will be:

1 spring roll

1/2 portion of Lemon chicken

1/2 portion of egg fried rice

Hi Darren I always enter Chinese Buffet when I've had a chinese takeaway, it comes out at 800 cals for 1.5 plates of food. I would say that would be approx what you'd be eating. I always prefer to overestimate than under. Hope that helps. Gill
