This is day 21 of my total body transformation. I'm set at 1200 calories a day and I'm on the P90X program. With exercise daily calorie usually are anywhere from 1400 - 2000. Tomorrow is my weigh-in and measurement day and I'm kinda nervous. Week one, 1 pound lost. Week 2, 1 pound lost. I started my monthly "lady time" a couple days ago. So I'm worried that I didn't loose anything or possible gained! Eeek! I'm pretty positive about this whole thing but would sure appreciate some encouragement. Thanks!

You're going to be just fine. I see all of your exercise calories burned and completing food diaries under goal. It's definitely a little nerve racking when you know you are weighing/measuring in... But, I have confidence in how well you seem to be doing. Stay positive and keep smiling!

Try not to stress tooo much about a weigh in during your TOM. That is one thing you cannot control!!

Also, remember that with the P90X you are probably gaining some muscle, so you may not see the scale change as much - but your body is probably changing awesomely!! :)

Stay positive, sounds like you are doing great!

Stay positive, last week was mine and I gained 2 pounds, but this week I lost what I gained and 2 pounds additional. Just keep doing what you are doing and it will reflect if not this week it sure will the next.

It's normal to retain water during TOM. But, the water weight goes away just as quickly as it came. I lost 1.5 pounds a few days after mine was done. It's frustrating for sure, but it's normal and it's something that most of us ladies deal with. You can weigh if you want to, but don't be concerned if you see a gain.
