    do different exercises. switch things up, get more fiber, change your routine:smile:

    I agree with Jewlz. If you are doing any strength training, you should also raise the amount of pounds (increasing reps doesn't help as much).

    Boy howdy, me too. I think I am just eating too much. I am burning many more calories than before by cycling 10 to 20 miles a day, around 60 miles a week. I feel better and I think my belly seems smaller but I haven´t lost a pound in a week! Yikes! :sad:

    yes, I would definitely try this. Or just take a weekend off. now dont go CRAZY or anything, but have a little something extra, sometimes the extra calories will get things moving again (weird, I know) After a minor cheat weekend I had I lost a pound and a half more than I normally do! good luck! :flowerforyou:
