Hi all I hope you can help. I have noticed that I am usually under my 1200 calorie goal for the day and think that could also affect my weight loss. However, how can I fill in the almost 200 calories some days without eating too many (or none at all) more carbs?

Add olive oil to your current meals, you won't even notice it in soups, sauces or poured on a salad. 0 carbs.
Eat full fat/calorie versions of food you eat anyway (switch from 1% milk to 2%, use full fat cheeses, yogurts, salad dressings) Carbs will be relatively same as you are currently eating but with additional cals0 -
I snack on Smart Balance Omega - Natural Peanut Butter Creamy, 1 tbsp its 95 calories and delicious!0
