It's the weekend! Can you try to UP your normal exercise for the next couple of days? Maybe throw in something that you don't normally do, or something less structured? You know, like playing football in the yard with the kids, going and walking around the zoo (that's my plan for tomorrow), dancing the night away... Give it a try!
Yesterday I did my 15 min of warm-up & cool-down, 25 min Low-Intensity Cardio Biggest Loser Workout, and 15 minutes on my bike. I'll try to come up with something creative to add to my strength & sculpt today...
+++POSITIVE THOUGHTS+++!!! :flowerforyou:
Niccole
ps - Katie, I gave my whole long ankle story on yesterday's post...
Thanks Redalee for the wishes on my ankle. I live with chronic pain that's always there just at different levels throughout each day. Some days I don't even notice it anymore unless I think about it, others, well, let's just say I try not to complain too much.

Hi Niccole... I just read your entry from yesterday and it sent chills up my spine. My god... you have been through the ringer! I have been drawn to your posts because you always are so positive, and now I just admire you even more. I can't even imagine what you have been through! I hurt my achiles tendon last summer and was not very fun to be around... but it was nothing compared to what you've been through. The thought makes me cringe. It just amazes me to read stories like yours. So many people would have given up and just made the argument that the pain keeps them from exercising. But you have found the courage to look for things that work for you. Wow...
Thank you for sharing your story and thank you for sending positive energy to everyone on this site and everywhere else in your path. You made my day...
xoxo
Katie

Finally - I was able to get out and do something after my recent injuries. Walked a little over three miles with my dog. Yeah - I got out! My glute didn't hurt too bad and I stretched good. Today I'm going to stick with the same - I don't want to push it.0
