An almost side by side comparison. The "Before" photograph was taken in February 2008 at my brother's wedding. I put on about another 14 pounds after that photograph before I decided to try and lose weight.

I'm now back to the weight I was about 10 years ago.

I know the "before" picture isn't great but I've always been a bit camera-shy. Being the Best Man at the wedding I didn't have a chance to hide away from the cameras.:laugh:

I've lost 44 pounds so far. My target is to lose another 11. That will put me back at the weight I was 15 years ago (and at the upper end of the weight range for my height).
