I decided to get serious about this weight loss thing........any advice ? seems like I'm eating more with this calorie counter......don't understand the NET calories. try to eat 1200 calories a day but says I'm short????

    That's exactly what I LOVE about this site - we get credit for EVERYTHING we do. EVERY movement COUNTS! If we cook, clean, walk in place - it ALL counts as calories burned. Which then gives you the room to eat more calories if you wish!

    On this particular plan - the more you move - the more you burn calories - the more calories you are allowed to eat :) and YES you DO lose the wieght even though you seem to be able to eat more!
