GOALS

So I've done pretty good for the past couple days (today I Sorta blew it from a stressful blow up with step-dad, so I had 1/2 a basket of RR french fries and 4 handfuls of Cheezits....little scared to add up the calories. But I guess I should to be accountable....???) but now it's time to start working out...which I haven't done yet. SO I know the biggest part of everything is setting short-term, reachable goals. So for this week, or whats left of it (Thurs-sun) I want to walk 3 Days for 30 min. So I'm telling you all so you can hold me accountable! :tongue:

    oh and yes add the good the bad and the ugly food you eat, no matter what, no matter how bad it makes you feel... it will all work out for better in the end and that way you can also have a better track of how you're going and learn from your mistakes
