Im tryin to build my recipe box with healthy good foods, easy to do and something that I can actually find in my walmart/martins grocery. Wondered if anyone would have good food ideas for snacks and breakfasts? I have a wheat/gluten sensitivity and also dairy,(if i consume to much and the dairy aid pills dont help ) and I know wheat bread is suppose to be better but for people like me, how else can I eat a turkey sandwhich?? Thanks in advance for your help:happy:

I have family members with gluten sensitivity & dairy intolerances. Unfortunately, she is has to go to Whole Foods to get a lot of their groceries. But some ideas would be almond milk cheese, rice cheese or soy cheese in place of your cow's milk cheese. And our local grocery store (HEB) has a small selection on gluten free items~ like tapioca starch tortillas and bread or rice bread and tortillas. Maybe your stores will carry these items. If not, possibly a local health food store??? Good luck to you!0
