experimentation with calories

I'm going to try a few things differently and then post in a week to announce my results:
I'm upping my calorie intake from about 1200 to 1300 per day
I will eat around 35-40% of my calories for breakfast
My dinners will be very low carb with meats and vegetables.
If you've tried anything like this before, please post your experience!

I did the same with the calories for the past two weeks. I also put it 1300-1400. In the past two weeks I have lost 2 pounds where the week before I upped my calories I had gained two (eating only 1200). Good luck and I hope it works for you!0

My weight loss stalled about week 6 using the 1200 cals. I upped it to 1300 for 2 weeks and lost nothing. I upped it to 1400 and have been losing consistently since. I do consume 1/3 to 1/2 of my exercise calories. I have my goals set at 40 carbs, 30 protein and 30 fat. I don't often hit all of them, but I very seldom go over any of them. 1400 seems to be my magic number, but you will have to use trial and error to find yours.
Good Luck!0
