Hi there!

Hello! I'm trying to stop the cycle of fad diets and count calories and exercise. I really have an aversion to working out, I think it's the getting started that is hard for me, once I'm doing it it's fine and afterword I feel great. Right now my daily goals are to work on sticking to my allotted calories, eating at least 5 fruits/veggies a day, and working out 3 times a week for at least thirty minutes. I'd love to have some "friends" on here for food tracking accountability if anyone would like to add me.

    Getting start is always hard for me too. I know you can do it. The support family here is amazing. You will surely find the "friends" you're needed! You can always add me as a friend if you like =]

    Thank you! I'm really excited about the software here, I like the food tracking much better than others I've used.
