Hey everyone! I'm just getting started, and am super excited. Exercising won't be a problem; I started working out today and did well; I really do enjoy working out.
I need your help, though. I'm completely new at counting calories, and need some advice from all of you. What kind of foods do you all eat for breakfast that are low in calories, but pretty filling?

Hey slangford1
Welcome! It's awesome to see that you are starting up MFP, i found it really helpful in keeping me on track. Some breakfasts which are relatively healthy include poached eggs on wholegrain toast, any cereal which have reduced sugar, smoothies with all your fav fruit although you should snack on healthy food such as carrot sticks or nuts if you are still hungry after brekky.
Hope i helped, good luck to you and feel free to add me as a friend0
