any ideas on the easiest most effective tips on losing the belly fat?

eat right, do cardio. That's it. Can't target belly fat, or any other fat.0

I've heard so many things on this topic. There does seem to be something to sugar and processed foods contributing to belly fat. I know for me as I lose weight it seems to come off evenly from top to bottom. I like to do ab exercises on a large exercise ball. It's easier on the back and neck.0

Yes, I agree cardio, strength training. Watching your carbs too (especially the whites~ white bread, white rice, processed stuff)0
