Hi,
I'm Victoria, and since February, 2010 I have lost 100 pounds. That being said, I joined this website to help me maintain the weight loss and to help me lose possibly even more. The way I lost it? I embraced vegetables and lean protein as my primary sources of food; cutting out most carbs, sugars, and fats. During the week, I drink nothing but coffee and water, and on weekends I allow myself some red wine in moderation.
I love that this website will help me track my calories and let me see exactly what I am putting in my body. I am currently 168 pounds, but would love to get down to 150. We'll see what happens!
