Post work out drink?

I'm just wondering what others recommend for a post work out drink? I drink a TON of water during the day and also during and after workouts. I had someone tell me chocolate milk is good for you after a work out but what do others drink? Sometimes my stomach gets upset and water just doesn't cut it!!

I read in a fitness magazine that water is a good post workout drink but I don't want the calories so I drink crystal light.0

I DO HOT BIKRAM YOGA IN 105 DEGREE HEAT FOR 90 MINUTES THREE TIMES A WEEK. THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS TO STAY HYDRATED. THE BEST AFTER WORKOUT DRINK IS COCONUT WATER. THERE ARE DIFFERENT FLAVORS. ITS BETTER FOR YOU THAN GATORADE. MY FAVORITE IS VITA COCO PINEAPPLE.0

I'll have a mixture of OJ and protein powder with 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. I usually whatever powder is cheaper but make sure to get whey. Good luck!0

I do coconut water. It's much better for you than gatorade or those vitamin waters. I also freeze coconut water and use the cubes when I make smoothies.0

Just saw your post. I drink coconut water as well. I prefer Zico or Naked brands0

If you do a lot of exercise including weight training I would recommend the whey isolate powder. It is about 35.00 Canadian and it lasts for a very long time. Chocolate or vanilla. Tastes great and is an easy way to get your protein0
