New To MFP, 2nd week dont

I started this site 2 weeks. Its keeping me more liable to what I am eating.
It's fun to journal it, and see what the calories are in certain foods. I love the extra
calories given, each day when exercising.
I am taking it slow, not always having right on days. Some days are definitely better
than others Still, working and hoping for weight to come off.!

  • Saw your post and thought you needed some friends. Come on over to 2011 New Me Club and join the great group of ladies here who help motivate each other throughout the day by writing when you accomplish a goal.

    Check it out, you might want to stay. Just know you can do anything you put your mind to. Every day won't be perfect, but you can still be in control.
