uuughh in a rut

So i have been on this site since March of last year and have lost about 40 pounds since then, heres my problem i want to lose another 20-25 pounds which will get me to 130-135 (im 5'3"). im really having a hard time sticking to it right now. i have a ton of things going on in my life tgat are very very stressful and its making me want to eat eat eat I want to stand strong but uuugghh HELP!!!

You just need to find some way other than food to deal with your stress. Maybe a new hobby or meditation?0

You can't be stressed, stress helps you put on weight.... find something that is relaxing for you
I find one of my gym classes relaxing that I go to! Or maybe you just need a really really hard work-out! they make you feel amazing after its over and you've had a shower.... or go have a drink with some friends...go get a massage or facial or pedicure! dont give up, you just need to look for an alternative to being stressed or unwinding it helps to have people around you who understand what's going on around you or who are in the same boat!
