uuughh in a rut

So i have been on this site since March of last year and have lost about 40 pounds since then, heres my problem i want to lose another 20-25 pounds which will get me to 130-135 (im 5'3"). im really having a hard time sticking to it right now. i have a ton of things going on in my life tgat are very very stressful and its making me want to eat eat eat :(:( I want to stand strong but uuugghh HELP!!!

    You just need to find some way other than food to deal with your stress. Maybe a new hobby or meditation?

    You can't be stressed, stress helps you put on weight.... find something that is relaxing for you :)
    I find one of my gym classes relaxing that I go to! Or maybe you just need a really really hard work-out! they make you feel amazing after its over and you've had a shower.... or go have a drink with some friends...go get a massage or facial or pedicure! dont give up, you just need to look for an alternative to being stressed or unwinding :) it helps to have people around you who understand what's going on around you or who are in the same boat!
