these are probably the worst part of my body! they are huge ! any way to help get rid of them? oh and also arm fat? mine is gross .

    Lots of cardio! I've been at this almost 4 weeks now and my body fat/jiggle has gone down a ton. I do light weight lifting or resistance band with my work out games on the wii or kinect. I walk outside pushing my daughter in the stroller too and that has been helping my legs like you wouldn't believe! My thighs are my problem area so I totally can relate!!

    You can't spot reduce any part of your body, but eat a balanced diet with a calorie deficit and exercise...that's what will reduce ALL of your trouble spots. Cardio will burn the fat, strength training gives you lean mass which uses more calories at rest...meaning you can eat more. So I recommend a good diet, lots of cardio, and some strength training. :flowerforyou:
