Injured and depressed

Being injured I am home a lot more (although still crutching it to the gym) and am eating all the time. I can not seem to get my carbohydrates under control and am snacking all the time. I am eating my protein but just so discouraged not being able to do card it is playing with my mind. Am trying to swim but just can't seem to get a great work out in. I need to deto from the carbs.

Going cold turkey today no breads, snacks, popcorn!!!

All right off to the gym

    Whew! Good luck with all that! Hopefully you'll feel a bit more upbeat after the gym!
