At least to 30 miles! I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT I DID IT!

30 mile ride--took me 2 hours and 40 minutes but the last 10 miles was into a head wind. :grumble:

My legs felt great but my overall stamina needs some increasing--that's for sure. I think I could have done about 5 more miles if I pushed it but was glad to see my house come into view!

I burnt up 1330 calories, too! WAHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

    I don't do gyms yet--although I might come winter--I ride my bike.

    LOL--no but I've been riding now at least 5 days a week for 10 weeks, so it gets used it.
