I WAS PLAYING WITH SOME IDEAS FOR CHICKEN.
2 TBLS SPICY BROWN MUSTARD
1 TSP FRESH CHOPPED CHIVES
1 TSP FRESH ROSEMARY
1 TSP FRESH FLAT LEAF PARSLEY
1/4 TSP PAPARIKA
3 CLOVES OF MINCHED GARLIC
1 TBL EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.
PINCH OF SALT AND PEPPER
MIX TOGETHER AND SPREAD OVER YOUR CHICKEN. LET SIT IN THE FRIDGE FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR.
PUT IN A COVERED DISH AND BAKE AT 350 FOR ABOUT 15 MIN AND UNCOVER AND COOK UNTIL DONE. IT IS REALLY GOOD. MY KIDS EVEN LOVE IT.
