Getting started is tough

I seem to be my own worst enemy when it comes to weight loss, the mind is a powerful thing. I'm ready to commit to a healthier way of eating. My husband seems on board this time and wants to eat healthier too. His support means a lot because changing the way I cook after 30 years will be a challenge. I'm 57 years, old married, and the children are grown and starting their own families and careers. I definitely need to step up the exercise, I have been a walker in the past but plantar fascitis has sidelined me for a few months, its getting better and I'm beginning to walk again. I'm rooting for all of you that are taking this journey with me.
