Hello , i'm new to site, daughter introduced me to it. Hope to get some much needed weight off . I am a five year BC survivor. Packed on about 40 pounds during the two years of treatments. drs told me was to expect this for the meds i was on. Currently still on meds for prevention of any more BC. , for next five years, also going though menapause. Was never a tiny person, just want to be healthy at this point.

    Hi there. I'm new too. Trying to lose the weight from being too lazy. Glad to hear you beat BC!
