Ok crazy question but im curious and i have searched this and not found a answer.
Can you wear you HRM in the steam room? Im curious to see what my heart rate gets too and wondered if anyone could suggest something other than taking my own pulse by wrist.
I know this is weird maybe but I kind of want to know:blushing:

Well, mines okay for swimming in so I guess yep! But just got one question..... WHY DO YOU WANT TO?0

I would think you could. I think a lot of them are waterproof, so it wouldn't get ruined. I wear my swimming all the time (I have a Polar) and it works doing that. You might want to confirm yours is waterproof first?0

I have a hard time sweating when I workout and I sweat like a pig in the steam room of course. I just go in 15 min intervals but I am just wondering just to see?? mine waterproof as well0
