Hi ladies, I was just wondering if there are any larger busted women out there who really suffer when running. Im currently having to wear two sports bras when I go for a run and my boobs are still quite sore afterwards. One of them is a really good one as it is the one i had to wear for afew weeks after i had a breast uplift however because i wear it alot it seems to be slackening and isnt as tight as it was. The other one is just a cheap one so i know i need to invest in a decent one and was jus wondering if anyone could recommend a good one. I dont want to spend alot and then find that it isnt very good, dont mind paying alot if i know its gonna keep the beggers nice and supported !

I used to wear 2 as well, esp since i play a lot of high impact sports and do sprinting......I found the absolute best one by under armour.....see what they have in your area for that brand :)
  • http://www.barenecessities.com is what I use. I'm rather large chested...38G/H and the bra that I got from here really seems to be a good fit for me.

I know it's tough to spend a lot of $$ on bras, but with big boobs, it's SOOO SOO worth it to have a good supportive bra (of any kind!).

Moving Comfort Bra - I have the "Fiona" LOVE LOVE LOVE it, and it keeps my 38 DDD's pretty reined in while not so tight it cuts into my lungs.

hey there. i have been thru several sports bras myself trying to find the right one. i am a 38D and I actually found one that really works from target. It actaully has the bra clasp inthe back. Not just a pull over bra. Here's the kicker... It was only $14.99. Good luck
  • Thanks for the replies, Ive had a look on afew of the websites. Im really liking the look of both the Enell and Under Armour ones. I actually think the Enell ones are quite nice actually, nowhere near as ugly as the ones i wear at the moment. So long as they do their job thats all that matters to me.

There is also something called the "Jane" strap. I know some ladies use it when Jazzercising. You can get one from Jazzercise.com click on the JazzerTogs icon, or you may be able to google it too. Good Luck!

Check out titlenine.com they test and rate sports bras. I got an ugly one from them - but it really works.

I'll second Moving Comfort. I'm using the MAIA bra. It is amazing and comfortable. They even have DDD.

Looks like they've just changed their site home page too. Check it out. Awesome bras.

Sorry, checked them and no more do they have DDD, however Title Nine does.

So glad you asked this question. I usually have to use my regular bra under the sports bra to keep myself from bouncing all over the place!
  • I swear by the shock absorber - I wrote a review here: http://dbusted.com/roadtest-shock-absorber/

Mainly because I don't like the underwire when I'm working out - it sticks into my ribs and is so tight I feel like I can barely breathe! But the shock absorber is awesome, very little bounce and lasts a VERY long time (which is what you want when you're spending so much $$ on a bra!)
