I have been given Fybogel lemon by doctor how do i put my food intake? There are no cal, sugar etc on the box

  • See if you can find the nutrional information somewhere online, or see if your Dr. can provide it for you.

    There's some nutrition info but it's for Orange. I'd suspect it's similar.

  • In my opinion, you don't have to be 100% accurate, if you have a certain data available but not to the exact product i.e. something similar use it; I do this all the time. This is a tool to keep you within a range & I am sure most of people on MFP are within +- 5-10% accuracy.

    Im just trying to work out my fibre, i have no idea how im doing & as im adding extra to it. I dont want to be having to much.
