Hi all!

I joined MFP about a year ago, but fell off the wagon pretty quickly. I gained a little more weight over the course of the year, and decided about a month ago that I'd had enough! My problem isn't getting to the gym, as I'm there nearly every day - the problem is the amount of food I usually eat. Since getting back on MFP, I've been paying more attention to my portions. I feel SO much better and have tons of energy!

Just thought I'd reintroduce myself :)
