I think this is such a great tool for people who are trying to make a lifestyle change and I am so happy that one of my friends told me about it! My name is Amanda Im 25 yrs old married for 3 yrs and trying really hard to change my life so wish me luck !

    I friend of mine turned me on to MFP as well. I have struggled with controling my weight all my life. And so far this tool has been the most useful thing I have found. I love it!!!
