hello,
I'm James and am not new to exercising. Before my daughter was born my wife and I were eating healthy food and going to the gym a couple times a week. After she got here our bad habits slowly came back. I have put 15 of the 30 pounds lost back on in the last year. I setup a small gym in my basement and am using my fitness pal to get back to my pre daughter weight. I have found that if you have a group of people that help all members stay strong it is easier to reach your goals. So if anyone is wanting/needing someone to hold accountable please send me a friend request and we will make this as much fun as possible. Good luck to all!
