    So I had to give up running because of a groin strain, and knee pain.
    However I bought a rebounder and have been rebounding the past 2 days (the 1 mile is based on my pedometer).
    It is SOOO much fun and so easy on the joints! My HR got up to 76% and I have only been doing the "first timer" 15 minute workout. My calves and inner thighs are feeling it. Tomorrow I will try the longer "beginner" workout.

  • This 120 is looking like a long shot for me right now. :( I didn't get in any miles today and tomorrow I don't know what I will be able to get in. :( That will leave 59 miles in like in 16 days??? Yeek! I better get to spinning like CRAZY huh!
