So I had to give up running because of a groin strain, and knee pain.
However I bought a rebounder and have been rebounding the past 2 days (the 1 mile is based on my pedometer).
It is SOOO much fun and so easy on the joints! My HR got up to 76% and I have only been doing the "first timer" 15 minute workout. My calves and inner thighs are feeling it. Tomorrow I will try the longer "beginner" workout.0 -
