hi. my name is Tifanie and i started this almost a week ago when my friend challanged ppl to join her 90 day challange. i was just fresh out of physical therapy a month ago. i had problems carrying my 3 pregnancies and it wreaked my muscles. now that i got the all clear i am planning on getting to my ideal weight of 130-135. i currently weigh 187 and at the beginning of the week i was 190. i wish all of you luck and if you would like to add me as a friend just ask!! i am always looking for a good support system and consider myself a good supporter as well!! good luck and remember to have fun.
