For the people who do yoga, do you do it everyday or should I do it a few times a week? I just did the BL Weight Loss Yoga DVD yesterday and wanted to start incorporating it into my schedule, just not sure how often to do it. If you do it everyday does this include your rest day?

  • I do yoga every morning. It helps to center myself :) it makes me a happy camper lol
  • I will be adding Yoga to my exercise regiment. Mostly to gain better back support, though. Hopefully it'll help me with meditation (instead of going to guided meditation all the time, haha) too!

    I'm doing P90X so for three weeks I'll do yoga once a week then (like this week ) I'll do it twice. Each time its for 90 minutes.

    I do an am or pm yoga everyday. The one I do is for beginners by Element and I love it. It does help you sleep in the evening and the evening one can be done after a shower because it is so gentle. You will work up a bit of a sweat with the am one.
