Another new MFP

Hey all,

Well I only just found this place.... :) hoping to stay motivated and on track. I don't have much to lose but it is persistent, and hard to shift. Starting weight is 59kg (I don't know lbs), goal weight is 55kg... It is the last bit of my baby weight gained 2.5 years ago and makes my pants uncomfortable to put on.

A hard thing for me to stay on track is working part time, mother to two children with a partner that travels alot, studying masters at uni, lower back injury..

Anyway - today is Day 4. Watching the food and trying to exercise each day
