turkey chili (homemade or some hormel isnt too bad), grilled cheese with 1 slice jalapeno american cheese and 2 slices wonder smartbread or other low-calorie/high fiber option. turkey burgers with low calorie buns and 2 tbsp said chili and/or jalapeno american cheese 1 slice and calavero guacamole (40 cal pr 2 tbsp). diet sodas, MGD super light and waters!, a pitcher of crystal light with diet sierra mist, see hungry-girl.com for guilt-free 7 layer dip, baked chips (or my fave - bad for ur colon/liver though, fat free Lays), and nonfat sour cream. boca burgers (microwave), morningstar riblets (also microwave, serve with french rolls)
