Just wanted to say hello. I'm new and need all the motivation I can get. I'm about to do a 3 mile workout video. Add me Talk to me..If anyone has tips on how to stay motivated I'd glady appreciate it. be back soon

    just keep logging your foods and exercise...and keep checking in....everyone here is great! They will keep ya motivated!

    write down your reason for wanting to get into shape. Look at it at least twice a day. Motivation has to come from within. Just remember once you are consistent with your exercise for a couple weeks, then it gets much easier. So force yourself until that addiction hits! You can do it.

    Find a workout buddy and buddies on here to help you. This is a great site for that.

  • Keep small goals that are not too far out of reach. If you have mini goals you are mch more likely to stay with the program!
