enjoying mfp

I am enjoying logging on to mfp everyday. Doing this keeps me accountable to my calories. I did not realize how many calories I was actually eating before starting mfp. (And I wondered why I was putting on the pounds so quickly). With mfp, I'm able to stop eating when I see the calories adding up. Thanks MFP. I know I will continue this until I get a better control of my eating.

    88 days now and I don't feel like I am dieting... I still eat food that is not good for you but I watch my calorie count and I am more than pleased with my progress :)

    MFP is great because it has a proven track record of helping those lose weight by doing as little as watching what you eat. I walk about 6 miles a day and that helps... plus if I had a slightly better diet than I do now I probably would have lost even more weight but what I am doing works so why mess what works???

    You will find sticking to the MFP way of losing weight is extremely easy. Heck even when I'm hungry now I am eating far less than I did before!
