And yes, meat is fattening and I being a self-professed carnivore was saddened by this. But alas, there was hope....Turkey...I love it...and I eat it everyday to satiate my need for meat. :happy:

Welcome... MFP has made is so simple to track calories... with the massive database rarely do you have to look far to find out how many calories you have eaten or about to eat...0

We eat a lot of mahi, salmon, 97/3 turkey, chicken. We do pork occassionally and steak occassionaly typically in 4oz servings. Canadian bacon is actually lower and black forrest ham is not bad. Just measure.0

I still enjoy a bit of rump steak once or twice a week. It's all about moderation I feel.0
