Beef Rib Denial?

I have looked everywhere and everyone gives me different figures. These were mondo sized bones with little meat, I have a hard time believing it's gonna cost me over 700 calories for a 1/2 rack. And yes, it is quite possible I am in denial...oh the shame :grumble:

    Precisley one of the reasons I love eating Low Carb..........................no worries

    I would say don't stress on it....just calculate and keep it in mind next time round

    Could you eyeball the oz of meat you ate, roughly? That's your best bet.

    Low carb, low schmarb. Ribs are worth it.

    I see about 100 cals per oz of meat if that helps...

    I know, right? Unfortunately this was at a restuarant. I swear I'm gonna start packing the food scale around. Why'd I pick ribs of all things?!?

    If it had BBQ sauce on it, I think its more like 1500.
