Calories burned Q -

I'm just generally curious....Is there a certain number of calories I should be trying to focus on burning during my exercise per day? Should I be trying to burn the amount of Calories I'm eating, or what? And does it matter if I split my workouts into a couple a day? 30 here, 30 later when I can?
Just wondering because for instance, today I burned about 800+ in about 40 minutes and that seemed great to me! lol.

that's awesome!
if you spread out your exercise throughout the day, it'll get your metabolism going a bit more.
just make sure that you're eating at least half of the calories that you're burning through exercise!0 -
Multiple 30 min workouts are as effective or more so than longer ones. The calculated calories are fine there is no need to burn everything you eat. In fact that would be detrimental. any extra exercise will hasten your loss.0
