Hello. I am new here. Found Myfitnesspal as an app on my phone. I have been using it for a week and found it to be a helpful tool in my journey to healthiness.
I have tried to lose weight for the last year but have found that I plateau and get discouraged. I have lost ten pounds thus far and am ready to combat the impending hault in five pounds or so.
Mother of three active boys and have a full time job have found myself using that as an excuse. No more.
Looking to find people who are positive and creative in their quest for healthy living.
