So, Im new. :)

Im trying to be more active and this site (and my Droid X app) are helping me learn to live a better life!

Im going to the gym 6 days a week to do cardio, and alternate upperbody and legs/abs every other day.

Oh, and I hit the hot tub everyday as a reward! haha.

I started on the 6th of January, and Im already loosing weight. I dont expect it to come off too quickly since I am building muscle mass at the same time, but I am targeting my stomach that has seem to have grown the last couple years... lol

    Wow! That's a lot of exercise- good for you! I can just about do my exercise DVD 3 times a week haha

    welcome and it sounds like you have a great plan, i too am in the gym everyday alternating arms and legs and abs also. But I really love my classes Zumba and Turbo Kick...yippee welcome and enjoy.
