So, after watching my weight balloon over the last 2 years and never having actually taking diets seriously, I've decided to give it a chance. I've become increasingly unhappy with my weight and I want to do something about it.
I know its going to be hard. It's always hard to keep motivated and not eat the giant pepperoni pizza that I love so much, but I have to trust that I can do it. That I can eat my favourite things in smaller proportions and still lose weight.
My wedding is coming up this year and I want to look my best for it.
I want to be healthier and happier with myself.
I must! I must! Reduce my bust!!
