well in my case (since I am not really a drinker) There's Frozen yogurt somewhere. hehehe

There is this frozen yogurt place near my sons therapy I just found last thursday and I am sooooo looking forward to it tonight lol You pay for an all you want topping bar hehehe.... the yogurt is like 88 calories for a BIG bowl it's wonderful
