laughing...did not break the scales. first week the hardest..still getting my head together. have not missed the snacking between meals :bigsmile:

Good luck. Some advocate a snack so you eat every 21/2-3 hours. This stops cravings and the possibility of a binge. Main thing is the calories are counted.0
